I plug the MH1c jack into the Apple Lightning $9 DAC. Start playing music. Music sounds weird. I long press the button on MH1c’s cable then let go. Music sounds better. Why is this?

Do you own the MH1c? Does it work with your IPhone?

Here is a link to an older thread. It will help ya. It could be your are paired and then trying to use the cable as well. Long-pressing the button may just reset the wireless connection and achieve a better connection.

That’s from 2013, when iPhones still had 3.5mm headphone jacks. I don’t care about the microphone, I just want to be able to listen to music.
