How to leave someone feedback?

I just bought an item off a seller and am trying to leave him feedback but i cant figure out how to do so. Im on mobile so not sure if that changes things as i know some sites limit what info you have available. He said to go on his profile and find the traders feedback tab and click submit feedback but i dont see that on my end. All i see is a tab that says classified feedback and when i click it it shows his previous feedback from other transactions but no option for me to add to it. Am i just not seeing the button on my end? Any help would be appreciated

Wow I was wondering the same thing 2 months a go.. Couldn’t find it… Hope I can still do it.
