I remember when I used to use software like MoOde, it would get updates when seemed like every week or maybe even more often. Things would change, get added, get taken away, broken, fixed...sometimes in one update. As soon as you had things the way you liked it or as soon as you got what you were looking for in an update it either went away, got broken or some new update made it irrelevant.
I think Material Skin is another one of these that gets updates like crazy, change for the sake of change and then change some more. It's like the dev gets on a mouse-wheel and can't just leave things alone.
Then on the flip side, other software hardly every gets updates. For example BluOS gets maybe the same amount of updates in a year as Material Skin does in a month. People can beg and plead for an update, needed or not and it just falls on seemingly def ears.
Some of my DAP's may get an update once per year.
How often does your main audio software get updates? Is it enough, not enough or what?
