NOW MY QUESTION IS WHY IS IT NOT UPDATING AFTER INBOUND OUT OF CUSTOMS SINCE 9 DAYS AGO IS IT NORMAL?

Definitely not normal.
I assume that this is USPS Express Mail International.
When Alessandro sent me the MS Pro with express post to Australia, it arrived at my office two days after custom.

yeah will that was 2 days this is 9 days and its not express its E Parcel Group
