How do you use FLAC files on iTunes?

I understand that there is Apple lossless but I have a few FLAC songs that I want in my iTunes library.

Can anyone help?

You can't. You have to convert them to ALAC.

I'm guessing I'll lose some quality if I convert. Do you have any recommended converters?

Get xld, a great little drag and drop program to covert and add to itunes automatically.

Nope, I don't think you lose any quality.

That's correct. He won't because it's a conversion between lossless formats. It would be like converting from WAV to AIFF.
