How do i know if my turntable Omnitronic BD-1350 USB-Plattenspieler schwarz has an pre-amp?

Hi, I'm very new to this.  I just wanted a turntable to play my parents' old vinyl and bought this Omnitronic BD-1350 USB-Plattenspieler schwarz  on Amazon and the seller wont respond.  I know I have to get speakers and an amplifier but when I went to purchase the aforementioned and the sales guy asked if it has a pre-amp. (?!?!?!?!)  I even had the manual with me, and he wasn't able to tell? I looked at the specs on the sale page where I bought the item and still can't understand. Please don't laugh at me as this could be every simple but I just need to know what to buy.  Please HELP! Thankssss
