How do I know if I have a Good Seal on Aperio my Headphones?

Reach behind the cups and feel for any gaps. Also put on a song with consistent bass and press lightly on the cups to see if it's gets better or stays the same sound. The angle of the headband can play a part in how it sits to get a good seal too.
