Enjoyed Westone W30's a lot but recently the silicone tips not giving me best seal and i dont like greasy comply tips given with them by Westone...comply tips also gives a muffled reduced bass i feel. I have just reached a point where i am unable to enjoy W30 over a long period of listening because of eartips either coming loose or not giving the best sound

Now i have reached a point where consistent fit is becoming an issue for me to enjoy IEMs. and looking to save up and spend around $600-$800 on custom IEMs
how much more comfortable are they?
how much time does it take to acquire them? I know years ago when i was active on head-fi, it used to take a long time from getting impressions done to received IEM. also last i checked JH Audio was making good custom iems...any new brands that have come up?
