I got a discover card, then I got one of the sales about credit guard bla bla bla. It's obvious it's from India, When he finish explaining the benefits bla bla bla, (I'm being in a good mood not to cut him off) I told him I'm not interested then he asked me what's the reason, then I just told him no reason, I'm not interested. He keep asking me what's the reason, make me pissed and cursed on him then I hung up. Then I called Discover customer service and told her (fortunately this time she's american) what happened and asked her to keep my number out from that sales line.
The other experience is involving my friend's HP laptop. Upon inspecting my friend's laptop, I know that her hard drive toasted and need to be changed. We know it's out of warranty and just want to get a new hard drive so I called HP tech support to tell me where can I bought the hard drive. It took me more than one hour to hold, then get transfered to another division, hold again, get transfer again, and keep happening, until I can't wait any longer and called one of online vendor if they carry hp laptop hard drive.
