Hiby RS2 won't shutdown

As the title states, when I press and hold the power button, then tap on shutdown, the DAP powers off, but the instantly restarts, as if I've hit restart.

I'm on the latest firmware. Anyone else seen this issue? I've searched but came up with nothing. TIA
