Hello! I'm a long time lurker and here I've found the first hint to buy my Brainwavz M5 almost a year ago. These earphones were great for being €40 ones, but unfortunately they broke and now I need to replace them.

My budget is around 50€ but there are way too many possibilities and I'd like some help. I liked very much the M5 sound, in fact I can even rebuy them, but if there's something even better for that price I'd like to try it. The main issue I had with M5 was that every noise applied to the cable was conduced directly to the ear (I don't know the english name for that) and that was a bit annoying.

I like decent basses, but I thing i'd gladly avoid full V earphones, going for something warmer around medium frequencies (like M5).

Please help me :D Thank you!

Unfortunately, M5 is really one of the best around that price range, you could try VSonic GR06.

Or pay a bit extra to get a pair of entry-level BA IEM, such as meelec a161p, ue 600(vi)

A lot of people have kind words for Vsonic VC02 and their price is in my budget, but I'm still trying to understand if they can be ok for my genres, that, to be honest, are really wide. I don't know, from multiple reviews I had the feeling that those earphones (Vsonic VC02) can be even "too much balanced" and very different from the sound I like.

Checking GR06 and thinking about increasing my budget, thanks!

Try to check out the RockIT R-50 and Hifiman RE-400. They are also highly rated IEMs.
