right now all i know of that meets my requirements is the iriver and i was wondering if anything else would work...

20GB at least
works as an external HD so i don't need to use any other software
ogg support (preferably the ability to max out the bitrate)
line out
has some level of EQ settings that actually function unlike the distort-o-matic ipod presets
