Or it is just name change to mark with and without mic version? How can I get or read comparison between earlier EM3 with Mic and EM3S. Thanks.

Compared to the original EM3, the new EM3K / EM3S change to a more appealing design with UV shiny surface finish. Also, the EM3S comes with in-line microphone and remote, while the EM3K doesn't, so as to meet different needs. As for the microphone, there is no difference.
