Im looking for a cheap solar powered charging station device around 20$
 
i see them on ebay a lot, i am only interested in one that will charge via a usb cable to a device.  Any help is appreciated.

dont buy it. From my experience you'll need a very very very sunny day and it could damage your gadgets because it has an unstable voltage. It'll also wont work with an apple product (ipods, Iphones, ipad). Get an portable usb charger instead.
