Hello everyone! I’m very new to the audio community, especially high fi audio. I’m a huge Frank Sinatra fan, and quite a few of his rarer radio performances have only been released on vinyl. I recently got my hands on a sealed vinyl of a 1940 broadcast. I only have a cheap 50$ turntable, but was wanting to do an upgrade so I could start ripping vinyl. What is the best way to go about this? If you guys have any recommendations for usb turntables (or turntables that can rip) please comment them (500$ or under please). I assume I just rip it to .wav using audacity? I want the best way to rip perfectly, for an affordable price. Thanks for any info.
