Help with question

Hi All,
 
I have been trying to place a for sale ad for my Nordost Heimdall I Kable in the Sales forum.  But, when I try to add a new classified, I get a message stating that I am over my limit.  I have never placed an ad on the forum.  So, I do not know how I can be over the limit.  Who can I contact to get this resolved so that I can place the ad?

Newbies can't put FS up until they reach a certain number of posts, forget if it's 50 or 100.
