Help With Firmware update for Sennheiser HDV 820

Anyone have any luck with this? I always get the file ‘vendor.cer’ not found. I think this is a known issue. Anyone have a legit solution?

That looks like a very wonky folder. My setup folder consists of only one file and one release notes .doc.

You downloaded that straight from Sennheiser?

I first grabbed it from the site. Then the sent what they said was a “correct” file directly too me. Neither worked.

And their tech support NEVER responds to emails or answers their phone…
