Hi,

I currently own a fiio e07k. fiio x3 is 100$ more expensive than fiio x1 in my country. I've read here and there that x3's amp section is better than that of x1 ( and also supports 300 ohm headphone vs x1's 100 ohm output). I listen to every genre of music except Rap and Hip-Hop but mostly classics and trance.

So here's my question.should I...

1.sell my e07k and get a fiio x3

or

2.keep the e07k and use it with fiio x1's line out? (or a better option 3)

other thoughts:
my reasons for doing the first:
it's an all-in-one device so I will be freed from all those wires and I won't need to worry about battery life of two devices.
my reasons for the second:
I like the three level gain setting on my E07k and will probably miss it!

yesterday I tried x3 and compared it to my E07k-connected-to-my-laptop-via-USB. when listening to a well recorded flac file(Armin van buuren's "Pulsar") with my ATH-m50 and zero equalizer and low gain on both devices, I found that x3's sound was more refined and E07k had more bass impact.
by the way,my Gr07-Classic-colors were broke recently so I'm planning on buying the 17-Ohm dunu dn-2000(which doesn't seem to need amplification),any thoughts on that?
