Help with EQ of IEMs and Aviom personal mixing station.

Hello Everyone.
 
Got a questions for the forum members that is likely a bit odd for this forum.  I purchased a set of IEM (Westone UM3Xs).  These are wonderful when properly EQed.  The problem I have is I am using them an Aviom personal monitoring station.  The EQ capabilities on the Aviom is a Bass and Treble adjustment.  The UM3X really needs EQ that a graphic or a parametric EQ would be more appropriate.  Has anyone had experience with IEMs and Aviom Personal Monitoring stations and use of some type of out board EQ?
