Help: setting up in-ear monitors for church musicians

I need help with setting up in-ear monitors for church musicians. We are currenlty using speaker monitors and we are having a hard time hearing each other when we are playing. I am looking in buying earphones for the musicians. would any of the shure in-ear monitors work? Do I need extra extension wires? Thank you very much in advance--Joe

You can go wireless for those IEMs i believe shure made the receiver, but that will cost a lot of money. In my church, we only use 1 headphone (HD280) for the drummer and it's wired, the others (keyboardist, guitarist, singers) use monitor speakers.
