Hi all, I got a brand new sony 100aap headphone recently, but there is an issue with the 3.5 mm jack. It has a small scratch like a scar on the gold plating between the two black rings. Luckily so far I haven't encountered any issues with the headphone, but I am really worried that problems might start showing up soon.
Does anyone know if the audio jack is considered faulty or not, because from my knowledge, there shouldn't be any scratches on a brand new headphone's audio jack.
Should I try to sent my headphone for servicing ?
