I'm planning on buying a new phone, the requirements are:
1) An mp3 player that's good enough to drive my lindy premiums so I can't hear anything but the music (my hearing is good).
2) a very good camera that's at least 5mp+
3) a front facing camera that's capable of snapchat
4) a screen that's 3.8"+ the bigger the better
5) capacative touch screen
6) around £170 or below, or $300 or below

Do they have good sound chips? 
also, is this nokia music thing any good?

Get a new i9100 Samsung and root it with C.M.10.1 support for 4.3 is coming soon.Also buy a 2000 mha original battery and still money left for a 64 micro SD card.The phone is amazing.

believe me good sir, I've seen hundreds of phones, from china knockoffs, to brand new concepts such as the phonebloks concept which isn't even released yet.

The best sounding phone I have heard is the Nokia N8 it also has an amazing camera
I now have both iPhone 5 and Nokia 920, both are much worse in both categories, despite what the spec say.

as good as the n8 is, it runs some weird platform doesn't it, if this was just for the purpose of an mp3 player and portable camera, then i'd go for it... doesn't it not have a front facing camera as well?

because I won't be getting whichever phone I get until april, I'm gonna hacve to sort out some way of listening to music to stay sane, I have a samsung tocco lite, so I could buy a headphone jack adapter and a fii0 e3 or something? something really cheap please
