[Help] HD Evolution 7.1 [AV-710 M101 403] + Winamp + ASIO

I'm having trouble getting any sound of my my soundcard + speakers. Foobar + Kernel Streaming works, but Foobar + ASIO and Winamp + ASIO doesn't produce any sound. In Winamp, I can see the equalizer moving up and down, but no sound is coming out of the speakers. I'm using ASIO4All and out_asio(dll).dll on Winamp.
