The Burson should pair well with them, being solid state and all. Burson also has a solid reputation for building good products. Also, the M1 doesn't have a built-in DAC, which you should have.

Was just checking out the parts connexion store in your neck of the woods and they have the ha160 ds amp dac for $900.00 right now less features but acceptable anyways wont be able to listen to neither of those they have a store in Quebec city  but they dont have it in stock . Here in Montreal hard to find good stuff. God bless America for that,.plenty of choice.

Well its done i finally opted for the Burson ha160ds,that i got yesterday not complicated simple no farkles thats the way i like it . Had a listen with a pair of Denon ahd-1001 that are hooked up to Musicbee player using Wasapi My main phones the ahd-5000 are away being  Marklized . first impression with the d-1001,its like i bought a new pair of headphone they sound a lot better than with my xonar essence stx soundcard a lot cleaner and bass is  under control cant wait to have a listen with my soon to be LA D-5000 LITE 1 month to go .And by the way when you get your Burson do read the litterature in box by doing so and sendind your comments and a picture of your rig to Burson you GET AN EXTRA YEAR ON YOUR WAARANTY for a total of 2 years. Neet.
