Headphones and Cd Player for Jogging

I need a reccomendation on a pair of headphones. The type of headphones doesnt matter to me as long as they are fit for running with. I want to keep these under $100.

I also need a reccomendation for a cd player to jog with. Kinda need on with a line out for my little portable meta that will go with this setup. I will spend up to $120 on the cd player.


Id really like these to sound good cause i sure hate running...

I guess there isnt much debate over this subject.

After inspecting my koss porta pros further.. I noticed they should work fine as "running headphones" .. So now im just on the search for a good cd player with a line out that has enough antishock to run with, while still sounding good. Any suggestions? anyone?

The latter two are bulkest but look pretty much indestructible.

All have great anti-skip.

I have been extremely happy with the combination of a KOSS SPORTA-PRO and a Creative Labs NUVO MP3 player as my running music gear. The player is very light and very small, but has excellent sound when paired up with the SPORTA-PRO, and there is no moving parts like CD. If you are spending over $100 on a CD player then you should give this a consideration.

Be warned that some cd players lose their anti-skip through line out.

Any of the Sony G-Protection models should work well through the headphone out when jogging though.
