Regarding HeadRoom's MicroAmps,

These are high quality non-portables that are used with cans mainly sporting 1/4" plugs. One therefore has to have a good 1/4" to 1/8" adaptor handy. HeadRoom nicely offers two good choices of adaptors that will protect the life of the plug on the amp.

What of the extensions? There are none there that really take consideration of the MicroAmps special needs. A 1/4" female to 1/8" male extension cable would be ideal. ATM, if you're using an extension, you have to have to add an adaptor to the chain. Not very elegant, is it and from my own experience, these connection points can often be problematic. The less of them there are, the better.

Is it that there's no decent demand for custom extension cables for the microamps, or are the various owners making do with the necessary adaptor being added to the chain?
