Jude(If you're listening),
Love the site and what you are doing for the industry!
Had an idea borne out of some frustration with meet-ups. Since they only happen once or twice a year in most areas, I don't always remember to check the sub-forum. Because of this I've missed the last 2-3 meets. It would be great if we had a way to notify local Head-Fiers of upcoming meets based on their location. Each user could opt-in by typing in their ZIP code and distance they're willing to travel in their profile. This could then prompt a PM any time a meet is set up in this radius. I'm sure this is somewhat complicated on the back-end, but I think it could have huge implications on attendance for local meets. After all, the best way to get someone excited about this hobby is letting them test out some of the best gear out there. Meets are the only way to do this outside of New York or LA, for the most part. Anyway, just thought I'd trow it out there and see what you(or anyone else, for that matter) thought.
-Thanks
