Has anyone here sent a malfunctioning FiiO unit to their US location for a replacement? If so, what was the condition of the new unit you received?
I have a 1.5 month old X3 where the right headphone audio will cut out until I physically slap the back of the unit a few times.
I was told I could either 1. Ship it back to China to have my exact unit repaired, or 2. Take a used replacement unit in the US.
My device is in pristine physical condition, so I'm concerned about taking a used unit in the US.
Anyone have experience with this?
