Has anybody used this AliExpress seller?

Hi,

I purchased the NF Audio NM2+ from a seller on AliExpress called MagicsAudio store, their feedback isn't excellent but seemed good enough.

They claimed to have shipped, having marked as such and given me a tracking number, yet say they are working on shipping. Apparently this isn't unheard of.

Would like to hear thoughts from others.

worry not as aliexpress offer buyer protection and money back guarantee. Maybe the only minus is the long waiting time. as if the item not received until 2-3 Months or so, then you can claim the money back.

Yeah I'm not worried about my money as I know of the protection. Just curious to hear of experience, rather not have to order again and get hassled

Could be the NF Audio NM2+ is not in stock, but they will take your money anyway and will hopefully restock soon (few days or a week?) and then ship it out.
They could have an account with the shipper, they can setup the shipment and get a tracking number (which they send you) and the shipper just waits until the seller drops the shipment off at their local office.

Hopefully the seller will drop the shipment off with in a few days.
Have you gone to the shippers website and put in the tracking number to see what the status of the shipment is?

Thanks, seems like it has been dropped off. But not too sure if that's actually the case or they have some fake tracking numbers. My sister had placed an order recently (different seller) and had tracking, apparently the order had got here within a week to our local depot yet wasn't delivered for a further week. She checks her account and the seller has messaged to say they can't ship due to logistical issues. I should be fine the seller has said to wait.

i can confirm what purpleangel said. I used to package and ship out online orders for a company and you can totally print a shipping label and give out a tracking number before the package has actually been picked up by the delivery service.

i use AliExpress several times, it takes time for shipping, but i never met a scam before tbh. normally it would take 2-6 weeks for shipping to europe sometimes they do very good and it arrives in about a week
