As many of you know, (or not know) the electric guitar has a tone capacitor. In this Youtube video, there is a demonstration of the different sounds of the capacitors in the same guitar. Perhaps this will inspire ya to do some cap rolling on yer guitar since there are so many caps out there both new and vintage old stock.

Although commonly, the differences can be small, so if your guitar already sounds good there's probably no need to do any mods except changing the pick ups maybe.
