Hi all,
Does anyone have details of the power supply used in the RA-1 AC version? Building a clone from the widely available schematic featuring the split battery supply and would likely avoid spending a ton of cash on 9v batteries.
Given the DIN connector you can see on the back of the amp in the picture on the Grado site, I'd guess they are using an external 9v dual power supply with no modifications to the internal circuit. Anyone have a part number or can suggest an equivalent available from Mouser/Digikey?
I was also considering this, along with an AC adapter: http://m.ebay.ca/itm/290941677679. Comments on whether this is suitable?
