Grado GR10 with Better Isolation?

I purchased the Grado GR10s a few months ago and I am generally very happy with the sound. I really like the transparency and bright, detailed sound. My only criticism is the isolation. I listen to music a lot during the daily commute and I prefer to listen at a low volume. Unfortunately, this is difficult with the GR10s as the isolation is pretty poor. Can anyone recommend a pair of IEMs with a similar sound signature but better isolation? I would rather not get rid of the GR10s and could use the other pair for commuting. Thanks in advance.

I am using the Comply T series ear tips at the moment and they do improve isolation somewhat. I am just surprised that the GR10s isolation is no where near as good as my old Etymotic 6s.

maybe try the shure olive tips? I found that they have much better isolation than the comply!

Unfortunately, the Shure Olive tips won't fit on the GR10s. I don't think they can even be squeezed on, as the nozzle on the GR10s is quite wide.

Sorry to bump this thread, but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for an IEM similar to the Grado GR10s. I've had a look at the Etymotic ER-4s as they are supposed to have great isolation, but I recall their sound signature being very different to the Grados. Thanks in advance.
