Decided to do a few mods after getting these for $90. Spent maybe a bit too much trying to figure out what wire and paracord and connectors all work together but now I can make maybe 50 more if needed. 😂

It was a fun experience and I learned quite a bit about soldering and painting and patience.

Great job :O
I have one question if i may, as far as i know that coloring is not available out there. Did you paint them at home ? Or is it possible to buy all plastic parts somewhere on the internet ?
In case you did it on your own, i am wondering it is not music related at all but which paint you use ? I wanted to buy BD DT 770 and change mini xlr bud while doing that i would like to repaint them, but i have no idea how to choose which type of paint to use ?

I just painted them at home. I used a spray primer in a couple coats, then a few coats of color, then a couple of clear. Pretty easy, took about a weekend, mostly drying.

Woow really great job. One more thing what about Sennheiser logo, it really seem perfect. You first paint it red then stick some sticker and paint white over ? Or did you use some other technique ?
Thank you
I actually got some decal sticker paper that you can print on at home. You print on it, spray it with the same clear coat as the headphones, and then you can use water to separate the sticky part and slide it on. Took me a few attempts but it came out pretty good.
