Earlier in the thread I had commented I wanted to compare it to the DAC-1 and that's what I did! Very nice player. I think it's better than my 588 with a more palpable midrange but the 588 is in CA and it's been too long since I heard it to be sure of that. It isn't as detailed as the DAC-1 but it really does sound nice with the R-10's through both the Gilmore and the HR-2. Actually, the G08 is as detailed but the warmer midrange doesn't make it as noticeable.

Hi All,

After over a year of sending the GO8 around the country for folks to listen to, I have to call it home and put it up for sale. Anyone interested in the loaner unit , I will be selling it for $2500. Call me to order.

I am sorry to those who are on the list for the loan. I hope to add some other gear later this year for loan.
