Getting in contact with Mod House Audio?

Hey everyone. I am curious if anyone has got in touch with Modhouse regarding their Tungsten order.

I was fortunate to order a color custom pair around May 31st, 2024. At the time, if I remember correctly, the wait was 12-14 weeks. I tried contacting them to see if there was an ETA or status update, but I haven't got any response.

Has anyone had any luck trying to get ahold of them?

I've bought the Modhouse foam kit for the Sennheiser HD700 many times. If you search for it, they answer from that contact page pretty quickly.

I've tried contacting them via contact page and their email. Still no dice
