First of all, Jude and/or the Mods / administration, let me say thank you for creating this little subforum.  You weren't obligated to create a whole new subforum just for "issues with the new site" and it's pretty cool that you did.  Kudos

 
As far as my question/issue, when I reply to a thread i'm set to Instant Notification on, I get an email that someone has replied.  ???  Seems a little counter-intuitive to me.  For example:
