I have a new soundcard and having difficulty in enabling the front sound ports on my case

There are 8 plugs that were formerly on my on-board sound labelled "Mic In" "R-OUT" "MIC POWER" "GROUND" "MIC IN" "L-OUT" "R-RET" "L-RET"

However the pins on the soundcard are not labelled and I do not know which pin needs to be attached to which plug. The manual does not cover this topic at all

You will see pins at the top labelled "front audio" with some jumpers already attached. There is no accompanying description of which each pin is for

I need some help with this to know which pin goes where !

The front audio pins on the card come from the cheap VIA DAC so you would need to make some kind of a cable from the "alt out" port or its pins (solder) to the front panel.
