They're touring the US giving out 200 packs of CPU, fan, and mobo at each stop. Everybody who comes to an event before 6:00 AM or so gets a chance to win, not just the first 200 people (it's a drawing system). And yes you do win, I did and I *NEVER* win drawings.

Well, good luck! Prepare to wait a bit after getting a ticket, since numbers are called out in blocks of 20 every ten or fifteen minutes.
