Any pros and cons when using an iem with Utws 5 vs true wireless such as sennheiser momentum

Pro is much better overall sq. No ANC, but ancient mode works. Longer battery than momentum 3. Really, it's about use case. I work in a hospital. I'm ok with a tws like the Fokus pro at $350 with a aptx adaptive transmitter, going in and out of different masks, etc. With the utws5 ear hooks, I wouldn't want to accidentally knock off my $1k iems taking the mask off. Also tws case much more pocket friendly
