FiiO Q7 Portable Desktop-Class DAC and Headphone Amplifier Discussion & Impressions Thread

@FiiO Very sorry but I'm new to trying to understand audio specs and output power, I checked all the parameters for the output power on the Fiio site for the Q7 but am very confused as the information was not clear, with each gain modes on both single ended 3.5mm and 4.4mm balanced what is the output power for every gain setting in battery mode and in DC power mode, the reason I ask is because I own multiple headphones with different power requirements and I don't want to overpower or underpower any of them, so knowing every gain settings output power in both battery and DC mode would help me out a lot.

I am sorry for this confusion. Let me try to make it clear.
1. When you connect it to DC power, you can enable the Ultra high gain to get max output power.
2. For example, the parameters in our website:
Headphone output performance parameters(3.5mm/6.35mm,USB DAC/OPT/COAX,UH gain): UH gain means it needs DC power supply.
Output power: 1100mW (32Ω,THD+N<1%)

Headphone output performance parameters(3.5mm/6.35mm,USB DAC/OPT/COAX,SH gain): SH gain means it is under normal mode, no DC power.
Output power: 550mW (32Ω)

You can get this max output power under no DC power supply.

Oh excellent, that's a lot more clear now, thank you for the quick response and help, I truly appreciate it.
