So I recently won a full M11 Pro Bundle with stand up charger, premium case and a bunch of extras for $420 shipped. I also won a brand new Fiio Q5s with AM3E module and I could upgrade the amp to AM3D for $150. Which should I choose ??

Do you wan't a dedicated secondary device. Do you need to line in other sources to be amped? The m11 doesn't have a line in feature so you can't use the m11 as a dac/amp for other devices that only have an aux port available.

If you foresee using high impedance headphones with it any time, I would keep the Q5s. The optional AM3D module is a beast. Additionally, it employs Bluetooth 5.0, a better designed power supply and greater decoding capability.
