L11 lets you connect the iPod’s or iPhone’s docking port to a standard USB cable. No need to carry the special docking cable — the tiny PocketDock easily fits in your wallet, so you’ll never miss a connection again.

- With the 3.5mm (1/8") line-out audio jack, you can enjoy Hi-Fi quality music from your iPad's, iPhone's or iPod's LINE OUT to your Home Stereo or Car Audio System.

- Sync and Power (NOT charging) your iPad with your Mac or Windows PC using a standard Micro-USB cable.

- Sync and Charge your iPod or iPhone with your Mac or Windows PC using a standard Micro-USB cable.

- Environmental friendly as it allows the use of common Micro-USB charger/cable for your iPad, iPhone or iPod, reducing the redundant chargers/cables in your home and office.

- The signal coming from LINE OUT remains at a constant level, regardless of the setting of the volume control of your iPad, iPhone or iPod.

- Ultra small size for easy carrying.

- 30 pin iPod dock connector at one end and 3.5mm stereo jack + Micro-USB female connector on the other end.

Nice! Will you also have a 3.5mm cable with one end an "L" shaped male plug and the other a straight plug like the one in the last picture?

Seems we have something new to be developed,

The sales of L11 seems very positive and we already sold out the first batch, at least we can cover the cost of R/D and the tooling mold, will see whether we should sell a combo with a USB cable and Audio cable together.

hi sorry i know this thread is little old but would this improve the ipod classic 6th generation line out and by how much?

It is not designed to improve the sound quality, it is designed for usage so you can charge your iPod while using the line out function .

Hello there. I'm planning to buy the Fiio E6. There's a free L2 3.5mm cable together with the package. My source is an iPod Touch 4 and i want to buy a LOD but i'm confused if i'll buy a Fiio L11 since E6 comes with an L2 already or i'll buy the Fiio L3. Do you think there's a sound difference between the two? Can i control the volume of my ipod if i'll use the fiio L11 together with the free L2?

Not sure if you got your answer elsewhere but from my understanding the moment you are using a Line Out Dock (LOD) then you lose the volume control capability on your iDevice. As the LOD's name states, this is to give you a Line Out signal. The signal would then be controlled by the E6.

If you're not using the L11, but just the L2 between your ipod and E6, then you will be able to control volume from both the amp and the player.
