Trying to factory reset my Fiio M6. BUt it is showing dual screen, meaning my original screen has a duplicate overlaying it which prevents me from touching the whole screen beneath. How do I do factory reset when I cannot get to settings as I normally would? Please help.

Dear friend,

Please try to enter recovery mode by holding the power button and volume - button at the same time after turning off the M6.
Then select the wipe data option and restart the M6 to see if it helps?
