I'm having an issue when I use my BTR5 2021 wired via USB to my phone where it seems like if I dont interact with the phone and just let music play after about two songs the music stops until I touch my phone. What's going on and how do I fix this? I'm new to dongles and only have BTR5 and UP4. Thanks.

Can you make sure that any form of battery saver mode is not active on your phone as it seems that might be the culprit.
