Well we're buying a couple of nice DVD's, as my dad loves to watch movies (but doesn't get around to it much though, so we're really also buying them for ourselves

). But he wants them, so who are we to argue right? And I watch enough movies to know which ones are good, as you can see from my activity in the movie review thread

We don't really care about these commercial crappy days, but it's always nice to see my dad (and family). I bought him a not-(yet..?)-released album from Neil Young from a concert in the Netherlands in Amsterdam 2008 which contains several acoustic songs. Very rare album here so I hope he'll like it! It's sort of a preperation to the 12th of July when we're gonna see him live...yeah!

I tried singing him a song that I wrote, but for some reason he got very mad and started beating me with his shoe. No audio for him this year.

I bought my dad 4 flannels, 2 hand towels, one for upstairs, one for down, and a shower curtain lol.

He doesnt have much money at the moment, and wanted something useful that he needed, and suggested flannels, but M&S had a discount so my sister and i bought lots more!

The shower curtain is old, and i dont think a wash will improve it, so i grabbed us a new one, only a fiver, and it'll last a year or two.

Matt
