Fake Beatles box sets

Be wary when buying Beatles boxed sets on Ebay. There's been a lot of talk about counterfeits, but someone at another forum located this link online. Amazing!

The sale here though is B to B. Minimum order 10 pieces. It will get sold to someone who plans to list them on eBay or sell them some other way. At that point the end buyer won't know that the stock was bought from China and likely counterfeit.

$40 wholesale price for a counterfeit box set seems a little high. You'd think it would be going for less than that for wholesale in bulk.

Well, I think I learned a valuable lesson today: if something on ebay is too good to be true, it's probably fake.  I ordered the Mono set off ebay for $110 and it arrived today and immediately upon opening the box, I could tell it was fake.  All the cds were thrown in the box in a random order, the White album looks like a sumo wrestler did a belly flop on it and all the print on the cds looks blurry and cheap.  Hopefully I'll get my money back......
