Any plans in place to expand mod staff so all time zones are reasonably covered and issues are addressed in a timely manner? In fact there seems to be a dearth of staff on Head-Fi as compared to other forums of similarly large user base. I'm seeing new member threads sometimes take days to be approved and I'd assume this barrier to entry would really discourage new people to stay...
