I had a D10 with a defective optical connection (see thread in Portable Amp section). After exchanging a couple of emails, I sent it back to iBasso by US Mail (it did cost me $30, with insurance).

IBasso fixed it and returned it to me. Excellent service.

First, they did this in two weeks. I put it in the mail on May 8 and had it back on May 21.

Second, they fixed it and did not replace it. I feared they would replace it. I had over 300 hours of time on it and I wasn't looking forward to having it out of service for another couple of weeks for a new burn-in.
