enabling asio in foobar on revo7

I've seen people with this setup -- however, seems like no matter what I do, I always get stuttering. Is the difference between asio and kstream that big?

the internal workings are obviously different but both of them accomplish the same thing. so no, there is no difference.

try increasing the buffer size for asio. if you still can't use asio then switch to kernel streaming.

change the buffer size from the ASIO control panel of the revolution panel bar to 1028 samples instead of the default 512 ones, this will solve the problem.

And also change the playback to 32 bit fixed point, and the playback priority to 2 notches down.

due to some unknown reasons, the revo is a lot more better on the 32 bit mode than the 24 bit mode, i will post some RMAA measurements proving it.
