While reading this...

So I'll ask bluntly, why is that there? Not that I don't understand electrical phase...

I'll answer bluntly.  I'm not sure.
 
Seriously though, we've taken a number of measurements that we weren't sure if the results would present any significant data.  We've had to do that to try and figure out what is important to measure.  You can see all of the data that we present today here:
